Look.Observe.Understand.
This what i do most of the time.
i have been blessed to witness moments which teach me something new every single day.
i thank infinite for the same.
The other day  i observed something which gave me deeper perspective on the whole concept of 'Leadership'.
One can't Lead people by hitting on  their heads ,thats harassment not leadership.
A genuine leader takes 'HIS'  people  along with  him,tells them what is to be accomplished and relaxes himself/herself to only to get enchanted by the ingenuity of 'HIS' people.
A  true Leader first sees the progress-personal and professional as well-of 'HIS' People which in turn become the sole reason for Leaders Progress (organizational progress)
He/She Treats people with great care and respect as his family members
In return he gets the same love and respect and success too.
Like Jim Collins says in 'good to great' -  "right people are the most important assets" which is so true.
i remember reading somewhere which needs  to be mentioned here.
"Lets not treat people as assets ; Let s treat them as People to get best out of them."
